Here, it is easy to imagine the life that was once lived in this building: couples resting after a long journey, families creating memories in the adjoining rooms, artists painting under the eaves in what today are our suites...

It was with a nod to these little stories from life that the Ernest's universe was designed. Retro patterns are combined with warm colours and noble materials in a very ‘British’ style that is enveloping and elegant.
Renovated with care and taste, everything here has been carefully considered to offer you an intimate, comfortable, cosy space, without frills but resolutely charming and conducive to relaxation.
